RETURNS and EXCHANGES
Our customer satisfaction is of great importance to us therefore we gladly accepts returns or exchanges within 14 days of the receipt.
If you would like to return or exchange an item you first need to contact our customer care at customercare@nellyjohansson.com in order to get a return authorization number and instructions on how to make the return.
Please note that you can only exchange an item into a different size and an item can only be exchanged once. No returns on sale goods.
Returns or exchanges should be sent back together with all the materials received in the original packaging such as wrapping, thank you note bag etc.
Returned items must be in perfect condition, not been worn or washed and shall have all tags still attached.
We do not cover the shipping costs of returning your goods.
Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
 
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

SHIPPING
We deliver all items by Dhl Express.
In Sweden it's possible to chose delivery with Post Nord.
When an order is received it will be shipped within 2 working days. If you live within the European union you will receive the package within 24 hours of dispatch. Delivery to other countries will take about 2-3 days.
If you provide us with your e-mail at checkout we will send you a tracking number by Dhl Express.
Please note that NELLY JOHANSSON shipping costs does not cover duties and import fees.
