NELLY JOHANSSON ankle boots with platform in smooth and stretchy goat leather.. Artisanal smeared in black silicone rubber with drip and drape effect.


Open squared toe line. Leather sole. Solid wedge.

 

Inspired to be a truly comfortable and elevating pair of heels. Has been described as light, comfortable and a delight to walk in.


Elongated front. Firm foot and soft sock style upper. 6,5cm high cylindrical heel with slight angle.

 

Fit is true to size but we encourage size 38-40 to have size 40 and so on.

RETURNS and EXCHANGES
We accepts returns or exchanges within 14 days on receipt.
You can not return an item that is on discount, however we accept an exchange. 
If you would like to return or exchange an item you first need to contact our customer care at customercare@nellyjohansson.com in order to get a return authorization number and instructions on how to make the return.  We will not receive it unregistered. Please note that you can only exchanged an item once.
Returns or exchanges should be sent back together with all the materials received in the original packaging such as wrapping, thank you note bag etc.
Returned items must be in mint condition, not been worn or washed and shall have all tags still attached.
We offer free returns on original goods and satisfaction guarantee.
 
REFUNDS 
When your registered return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Once your return is received and inspected inspected by us, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
